Spluc合同会社（以下「当社」）は、Flapbase 及び関連サービス（以下あわせて「本サービス」）を通じて取得するユーザーの個人情報を適切に管理・保護することをここに宣言します。本ポリシーは、当社がどのような情報を収集し、どのように利用・管理するかを説明するものです。
第1条（収集する情報）
当社は以下の情報を収集します。
- アカウント情報：メールアドレス、パスワード（暗号化）、氏名・表示名
- サービス利用データ：ワークスペース設定・コンテンツ、エージェントとの会話履歴、ワークフロー定義・実行ログ
- AI入力データ：エージェントへの指示・質問内容（AI処理のために外部プロバイダーに送信）
- 課金情報：プラン・サブスクリプション情報（カード番号は当社のサーバーに保存されず、Stripeが管理）
- 技術情報：IPアドレス、ブラウザ種別、アクセスログ、エラーログ
- 利用パターン：機能の使用状況、セッション情報（匿名化・集計形式）
第2条（情報の利用目的）
収集した情報は以下の目的で利用します。
- 本サービスの提供・運営・改善
- AIエージェント機能の動作（ワークスペースコンテキストの構築・参照）
- セキュリティ確保・不正利用防止
- 課金・サブスクリプション管理
- サービスに関する通知・案内（重要なお知らせ、利用規約変更等）
- カスタマーサポートの提供
- 法的義務の履行
第3条（AI・外部プロバイダーへのデータ送信）
本サービスのAI機能はOpenAI、Anthropic、Googleなどの外部AIプロバイダーのAPIを使用します。
- エージェントへの指示・質問内容は、AIの応答生成のために外部プロバイダーに送信されます。
- 送信されるデータは各プロバイダーのプライバシーポリシーに従って処理されます。
- AIモデルのトレーニングへの入力データの使用については、各プロバイダーとのAPI利用規約に従い、原則として学習目的での利用は行われません。
- センシティブな個人情報をエージェントへの指示に含めないようご注意ください。
第4条（第三者への情報提供）
当社は以下の場合を除き、ユーザーの個人情報を第三者に提供しません。
- ユーザーの同意がある場合
- 法令に基づく開示要求がある場合
- サービス提供に必要な業務委託先（Supabase、Stripe、Cloudflare等）への提供（契約により保護）
- AIプロバイダーへのAPI経由送信（第3条参照）
第5条（データの保存・セキュリティ）
- データは転送中・保存時ともに暗号化されます。
- インフラはSupabase（PostgreSQL）およびCloudflare上に構築されており、高いセキュリティ基準を維持しています。
- アクセス制御・監査ログにより不正アクセスを監視します。
- パスワードは一方向ハッシュ化され、当社も復元できません。
第6条（データの保持期間）
- アカウント情報：アカウント有効期間中
- ワークスペースデータ：アカウント削除後30日以内に削除
- アクセスログ：最大30日間
- 課金履歴：法令に基づく保存義務期間（最大7年）
第7条（ユーザーの権利）
ユーザーは以下の権利を有します。
- 保有する個人情報の開示・訂正・削除の請求
- データのエクスポート（ポータビリティ）
- アカウント削除（設定画面またはお問い合わせから）
- マーケティングメールの受信拒否

第8条（Cookie・トラッキング）
本サービスはセッション管理・認証維持のためにCookieを使用します。分析目的のサードパーティCookieは使用していません。ブラウザの設定でCookieを無効にすると、一部機能が利用できなくなる場合があります。
第9条（プライバシーポリシーの変更）
本ポリシーは法令の変更やサービス内容の改善により変更することがあります。重要な変更は効力発生日の30日前までに通知します。変更後も本サービスを利用し続けることで変更に同意したものとみなします。

Privacy Policy

Spluc LLC ("Company") is committed to properly managing and protecting the personal information of users collected through Flapbase ("Service"). This Policy explains what information the Company collects and how it is used and managed.
Article 1 — Information We Collect
The Company collects the following information:
- Account information: Email address, password (hashed), full name and display name
- Service usage data: Workspace settings and content, conversation history with agents, workflow definitions and execution logs
- AI input data: Instructions and queries to agents (sent to external providers for AI processing)
- Billing information: Plan and subscription data (card numbers are never stored on the Company's servers; managed by Stripe)
- Technical information: IP address, browser type, access logs, error logs
- Usage patterns: Feature usage and session data (anonymized and aggregated)
Article 2 — Purpose of Use
Collected information is used for the following purposes:
- Providing, operating, and improving the Service
- Operating AI agent features (building and referencing workspace context)
- Ensuring security and preventing unauthorized use
- Billing and subscription management
- Service notifications and announcements (important updates, Terms changes, etc.)
- Providing customer support
- Fulfilling legal obligations
Article 3 — Data Sent to AI & External Providers
The AI features of the Service use APIs from external providers such as OpenAI, Anthropic, and Google.
- Instructions and queries sent to agents are transmitted to external providers to generate AI responses.
- Transmitted data is processed in accordance with each provider's privacy policy.
- Input data is generally not used for training AI models, in accordance with the API terms of each provider.
- Please avoid including sensitive personal information in instructions to agents.
Article 4 — Disclosure to Third Parties
The Company does not disclose Users' personal information to third parties except in the following cases:
- With the User's consent
- When required by law
- To service providers necessary for delivering the Service (Supabase, Stripe, Cloudflare, etc.), protected by contract
- To AI providers via API (see Article 3)
Article 5 — Data Storage & Security
- Data is encrypted both in transit and at rest.
- Infrastructure is built on Supabase (PostgreSQL) and Cloudflare, maintaining high security standards.
- Access control and audit logs are used to monitor for unauthorized access.
- Passwords are one-way hashed and cannot be recovered by the Company.
Article 6 — Data Retention
- Account information: retained for the duration of the account
- Workspace data: deleted within 30 days of account deletion
- Access logs: retained for up to 30 days
- Billing records: retained for the legally required period (up to 7 years)
Article 7 — User Rights
Users have the following rights:
- Request disclosure, correction, or deletion of personal information
- Export your data (portability)
- Delete your account (via settings or by contacting us)
- Opt out of marketing emails

Article 8 — Cookies & Tracking
The Service uses cookies for session management and authentication. The Service and related services such as Anotherbase may also use analytics tools such as Google Analytics, which collect usage data that does not identify you personally through cookies. This data is used only for aggregate analysis and is processed in accordance with Google's privacy policy. You can stop this collection through your browser settings or the opt-out mechanism provided by Google. Disabling cookies in your browser may prevent some features from working.
Article 9 — Changes to This Policy
This Policy may be updated to reflect changes in law or service improvements. Material changes will be communicated at least 30 days before taking effect. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
